All purchases made for the Tampa Bay Fall Round-Up are non‑refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, registration fees, banquet tickets, food events, merchandise, and T‑shirts. Once a purchase is completed, TBFR does not issue refunds under any circumstances.
However, we do allow transfers. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration or purchased items to another individual. If you do not have someone in mind to receive your transfer, your purchased items will be gratefully redirected as a scholarship, allowing another member of the fellowship to participate.

Will Call & Pickup Policy
TBFR does not offer shipping for any merchandise or materials—no exceptions. All orders are processed as Will Call and must be picked up at the Pre‑Registration Desk during the event.
If you are unable to attend in person, you may designate a friend to pick up your merchandise on your behalf. Please ensure they have the necessary information to claim your items.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies allow us to keep event costs manageable and ensure that resources are used to support the fellowship and the Round-Up experience for all.
